With a background in organizing student exchange programs, and firsthand experience living in both Latin America and Austria, I bring deep understanding of cultural diversity and adaptation. I also built well-established connections with schools and academic institutions across Austria which enable effective support for students throughout their exchange journey – both practically and personally.
As an experienced musician, I am well aware of the challenges and goals that come with both instrumental and vocal training. It is important to me to pass on these experiences to a next generation of passionate students. I place great value on addressing the individual needs and strengths of each participant, ensuring that everyone can take away meaningful and enriching experiences.
I bring over 20 years of experience in education, youth programs, and sustainable tourism. With a background in intercultural travel, I’ve designed and led projects that connect people across cultures and foster meaningful learning. I believe that travel can be a powerful tool for education. Through Places & Faces, I’m dedicated to creating transformative journeys that inspire, empower, and build global understanding.
As a Hong Kong student in Vienna, I understand both the excitement and challenges of adapting to a new culture. A passion for music and a ABRSM Grade 8 in flute has helped me bridge cultural gaps. Studying and working in Austria has taught me how to navigate a new language and lifestyle, and I hope to share these insights with fellow students passionate about music and finding their place abroad.
